0730: 3 roffe specials.
1230: 2 slices of bread with cheese. 1 softice.
1530: 2 slices of bread with cheese. 3 large, fresh strawberries. Yumsers.
2130: 2 slices of bread with cheese.

As you see, my diet is suffering these days. I am not sleeping. If Charlotte doesn’t keep me awake, I wake up after all and am unable to sleep. It seems impossible for me to get more than 2-3 hours of sleep each night. I am a complete zombie these days and just has to eat the only thing that comes to mind. Don’t even have the energy to think of making something more complicated than bread with cheese.

Another thing that is suffering is working out. I have hurt my left hand in some way, so I get an intense pain when I use it. So I don’t get to do anything else but walk, but that I manage to do almost an hour each day. I will see the doctor today.

1500: 1 hotdog.
1900: 1 dl boiled rice with 1 fried chicken breast.

Weighed in at 149 kilos. A bit misguiding, I think, because the scale showed 147.5 on sunday. Hope it will even up next week.

Forgot to step on the scale

I forgot to weigh in today. I was so hungry when I got up that I went straight for the kitchen and ate breakfast and drank a lot. I will step on tomorrow. :) Indications throughout last week tells me the weight slowly keeps decreasing.

This weekend I got pill free. I took my last happy pill on saturday after slowly cutting down on the pills the last 4 weeks. I feel better than ever and all the bitterness I have felt for MANY years is gone. I am looking forward to this summer. Free of depressions and chemichal stimuli for as long as I can remember.

Today I hope to hear from a job application again. It’s the same job as last week. I really hope they agree to test me to see if I have the knowledge they need. Getting a job with what I love to work with may be hard since I have no schooling or documented experience with it.

Getting more readers / Får flere lesere!

I have checked my logs today and I seem to get an increasing amount of readers. This is fun and exciting. :) I am a bit flattered to get this many readers of my online diary. I hope I will be able to keep this website interesting enough for people to come back and maybe participate.

I love comments and discussions, so I will appreciate very much if you take your time to register and comment on my posts if you feel like it. I am sorry about that registration thing, but when I had the commenting open my blog got drowned in spam, commercials and porn entries. I don’t want that. I installed some plugins that stopped them from showing up on the website, but they all still got into the database and made a lot of extra work and trouble for me.

I have found a new plugin that might help now, an AuthImage plugin, that requires you to enter text from an image in a fielt to be able to post comments, but I haven’t managed to make it work yet. As soon as this works, I will turn off the registration required function.

Well.. As I typed this I figured I’d give it another shot and got it to work, so now you do not have to register to comment after all. :) So please comment away. Any comments are very appreciated, just to say hello, to yell at me or give me praise when doing bad on my tawlc-challenge or if I type something erronous or ask for your help on something or if you just want to tell me something.

Jeg har sjekket loggene mine i dag og det ser ut til at jeg har en stadig �kende mengde lesere. Dette er kjempemorsomt og spennende :). Jeg er litt smigret over at s� mange vil lese mine skriblerier herl. Jeg h�per jeg vil klare � holde denne websiden interessant nok til at folk vil komme tilbake og kanskje til og med delta i det jeg skriver.

Jeg elsker kommentarer og diskusjoner, s� jeg setter veldig pris p� om du tar deg tid til � registrere deg og skrive litt kommentarer. Jeg beklager denne registrerings-saken men n�r jeg hadde muligheten for � kommentere �pen ble bloggen min druknet i spam, reklamer og porno-linker. Jeg �nsker ikke det. Jeg installerte noen programmer som stoppet dem fra � vises p� websiden, men de kom likevel inn i databasen min og skapte en masse ekstra jobb og tr�bbel for meg.

Jeg har funnet en ny plugin som kan hjelpe n�, hvor tekst vises som et bilde og du m� skrive teksten inn i et felt for � kunne poste kommentarer, men jeg har ikke klart � f� den til � virke enda. S� snart det virker, skal jeg sl� av at du m� v�re registrert for � skrive.

Skipping workout/dropper trening!

I haven’t slept for as long as I can remember. Charlotte is having nightmares or something at nights and wakes up screaming her heart out at least once an hour. She only needs her passifier and som comforting and then falls asleep for a short while again. But that doesn’t help me a lot. Just when I manage to fall asleep again she wakes up screaming. I am so extremely worn out now, so I guess I will skip going to the gym today. I just don’t have the energy to do it.

I don’t feel guilty for not going to the gym for a while now, since I have inline skated, bicycled and walked a lot. Yesterday I walked about 6 kilometers and rode my bike for 7-8 km. Not bad exercise that either.

Since Maiken is going to her father friday and isn’t at home thursday night, we moved friday (nights food) to Wednesday. Friday is usually family night, but we move it to another day of the week the weeks she is going to her father. Therefore this menu isn’t the best on my record, but I will keep a wednesday menu on friday. :)
