Delirious!

I took Calvin to the vet today to do what we should have done last time he was there. He got his vaccination and a clean bill of health. The weather is great, so I decided to walk there. 2.5 km each way in sparkling sunshine and new snow. My mood gets very good in such weather.

I am going to walk more today too. I am not allowed to take the dog into the grocery store near the vet, so I had to walk home with the dog before I bring Charlotte and her stroller back. That store is huge and has a great selection of everything, so I will take a walk back there to shop what I need to keep a healthy diet and probably take the bus home again.

I renewed my month pass on the bus yesterday and have decided that it is the last pass I buy until next winter. From now on I will walk to the store and use my bicycle to the gym. Busses are for lazy people. :)
I am on a natural high these days. I love using my body again. Working out is very fun and I love walking. The last time I felt like this was in 2001 when I managed to lose 45 kilos in 8 months. :) I am crossing my fingers and hoping this feeling will last for the rest of my life. :)

0700: 2 roffe specials on vollkornbrot.
0915: 1 red apple.
1100: 1 carrot and 1 roffe special on vollkornbrot.
1300: 1 new energy bar
1500: 1 whole grain baguette with ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, red bell-pepper and lettuce.
1900: Mexican casserole, 2 whole grain rolls and 1 carrot for dessert.

I wanted to try something new and bought something called vollkornbrot. It is pre-sliced from the store and keeps for almost a year. :) It has a lot fiber and is very good for me right now, I think. The first slice tasted weird, the second slice alright and the third tasted good. :)

We have been totally out of money the last days, so today I have eaten what has been in the house. Not too healthy, so I have reduced the amount of food instead. Money ticked in to the account tonight, so tomorrow will be back to usual again.

1030: 2 slices of rye with light margarine, brelett, and a thin spread of sugar. 1 carrot.
1330: 3 egg omelet on 1 slice of rye with lettuce. 1 carrot.
1730: 10 small crackers with orang flavored filling. Needed some fast carbs before the gym.
2015: 1 hot dog in potato wrap with raw chopped onion.
2145: 2 grilled taco cheese sandwiches.

Things are moving again!

The scale showed 147.7today. That is 2.4 kilos down in a week. I guess my change in diet has been quite efficient. I am very happy with this. :)
Although things are good today I have been forced to do something I have dreaded for a long time now. My blog has been constantly under attack from those spamming idiots. I have tried all plugins and security measures possible, but those idiots always seem to find a way to get there poker, porn, medication and all other sorts of spam into my blog as comments.

Now I have restricted anonymous users from commenting. Now you will have to register from the left sidebar to be able to post comments.

1215: 1 slice of rye bread with turkey and re bell-pepper
1630: wienerschnitzel with 2 potatoes and lot of broccoli and cauliflower. 2 scoops of ice cream.
1945: 2 slices of pizza margherita, 1 carrot and 1 green apple.

Walked a long and fast trip with the dog. Walked as fast as I could for 1 hour

1800: nut steak, macaroni fish, vege-lasagna, onion pie, carrots and red bell-peppers and something else strange looking but good tasting vege-things.

1300: 3 slices of 3-grain bread with turkey and cucumber.
1700: snacks and candy.
1900: 3 slices of taco pizza.

Not a good day. I have forgotten completely to eat any vegetables or fruit.

Saturday I will probably not blog anything. I am going to a party in Wifeys congregation where people get “drunk” on food and cakes instead of alcohol, so I will start blogging the foods I eat today, but cannot promise an accurate result. If I forget to blog too much I will rather not post since it will just be too inaccurate.

Bummed out today!

I am in bad shape today. Really limp in my body. Guess I have ridden myself to hard the last to weak. Many and hard workouts on a very low calorie level. But it has worked. I have kickstarted the weightloss again and I am really looking forward to weighing in on monday.

I should have been to the gym to get a new program today. I have gone through the first one 18 times and the programs are revised after every 18th workout. But due to my shape today I have canceled. I need to just relax and have some pizza and snacks today. Will return to the small and narrow tomorrow.

Well.. of to the offline family life. Blog you later.

New server!

I have spent the day moving data and configurations from the old servers over to a new and much better one. The old servers are way overdue for retirement and since other people depend on my servers now I have been quite nervous about them. The mailserver is an old machine that should have been thrown away years ago. The web and application server is a bit better, but was also an old and slow computer 4 years ago.

I have been planning this migration for months now and has been testing different migration plans. Today I just felt like doing it, so I just did it. It has taken A LOT of time and work and I am extremely tired now. I had no idea I had so many systems on my servers. But now the job is done and I am quite happy now.

And a funny thing is that the system drive of the old server broke down just minutes after I had completed the migration. :) Maybe I should have bought some lottery tickets today too?

Well. Time to get some sleep. I am so very tired now. So very, very tired.
