I was a bit disappointed when I stepped on this morning. the scale showed 149.5 kilos. That is quite a bit up since before christmas, but after thinking a little it is not too bad and actually a bit misleading. I haven’t been to the bathroom in 2-3 days. Guess this will be considerably better next week.
I am about to join a gym now. Going for the second trial hour tomorrow to get a program set up and from then on I will be working out in the gym 3 times a week (tuesday, thursday and sunday) in addition to the walks with the dog.
Todays menu:
Breakfast 0945: 2 slices of wheat bread with turkey slice. It is impossible to get good lettuce and vegetables in the stores now. They go bad in 1-2 days. Too bad, because sandwiches with loads of lettuce, tomatos and cucumbers is so good.
Lunch 1300: 2 slices of whole grain bread with white cheese.
Dinner 1600: Sausages with boiled potatoes, onions and tomatoes.
Supper 2000: 4 turkey hot dogs.
