Weighing in. Things are slow these days!

It seems I just cant lose any weight these days. Weighed in at 149,3 today. That is down, but way too little, I think.

Well:

Breakfast: 1 slice of bread with cheese.

Lunch: Unsugared oat cereal with canderel.

Munchies: 45 grams of low-fat (9%) sausage. 695 calories in one meal. Bad. Have to either exercise or watch my food intake the rest of the day.

Dinner: 1 bowl of cauliflower soup and 100 grams baby carrots.

Supper: Chicken Curry with rice and 2 low-fat sausages.

Todays Test:

For guys: For gals:

34% Jerk!
That’s higher than the worldwide average of 32%!
(PS! You have to register to take this test yourself).

Feel louse these days. Not in my body, but in my mind. I guess it is becaus of the lack of sleep. Charlotte keeps me from getting my beauty sleep. It’s tiring. She is sleeping right now, so I should probably too, but I don’t want to now. *sigh* I guess I will let wifey take the maternity leave for the next kid we get. It is hard being a parent. My admiration for the mothers that silently have been raising children earlier generation is enormous. How did they manage several years of this?

Maybe I will, maybe I won’t

Todays menu:
Breakfast 0900: 2 slices of white bread with cheese and turkey slice.
Lunch 1130: 2 slices with sandwich creme and 4 snack carrots.

I write this on monday, and just of my memory, so this might not be completely accurate, but probably quite close:

Dinner: 3 slices bread with cheese

Supper: same as dinner

Constantly tired!

10:15:

Just for fun I will try to find a funny test and post in my blog with a link to the test. It would be fun if my readers would take the same test and post the result as a comment in my blog. :)
Todays test:

I am going to die at 72. When are you? Click here to find out!

I am so, so, so tired. For the first time in ages (or what feels like ages) Charlotte slept for 6 hours without waking (me) up. But 6 hours was obviously far from enough to get well rested. But, as said before, that is how it is to have a baby in the house. I get paid to do it, so I guess it aint that bad.

One bad thing is that even if I am the one getting up comforting/feeding/changing Charlotte, Maggie wakes up and doesn’t get the deep sleep she needs to handle the schooldays well. Maybe it’s time for Charlotte to sleep in another room during the night. I wake up a lot easier than Maggie, so this might be a good solution.

21:30:

I am so incredibly bored. Broke, tired and fedup. Could have taken a walk with the dog, but my legs ache today. Looking forward to working out tomorrow. I always feel good after a hard workout.

I am quite a loser!

Breakfast 0715: 2 bowls of oat cereal with canderel sweetener. 3 snack carrots.

Lunch 1100: 3 slices of bread with ham, cheese, lettuce and cucumber.

Afternoon meal 1600: 2 slices with cheese.

66% are cooler, and
34% are more of a loser than you.

Dinner 1815: 1 hotdog.

Supper 2145: 3 slices of taco pizza. Way to late for eating, but due to activities out of the house I couldn’t get to cook earlier.

I spent last night setting up a cool thing here at home. We are all computer geeks and have each our computer. We are in the process of copying all of our music to the same place on our server. So I have set up a system called Glirnath, wich is a web interface to the music and hooked the server up to the stereo system in the living room. So now we can all have our favorite playlists and just log into the web-server to edit, add, remove music to the playlists. Kinda cool, don’t you think?

I have used The Glirnath for this. Read up on and see screenshots at The Glirnath’s website. If you have a webserver and a home server, this is real easy to set up. :)

Breakfast 1130
: 2 roffe specials (wheat bread with lettuce, cheese and bell-peppers).

1245: Feels I have managed to find the key to stop snacking unhealthy things now: Snack carrots. Instead of scavenging the closets for candy and anything with sugar I am eating loads of carrots today. And it actually helps on the cravings. Nice.

Afternoon meal 1515: 2 slices of whole grain bread with strawberry jam.

Dinner 1830: 1 burger without bun with scrambled eggs and salad of chinese cabbage, pinapple, cucumber and tomato.

Post-workout food 2115: 1 50 grams chocolate bar and 1 tebrix (high-fiber roll).

Another workout day today. I didn’t get sore muscles after tuesdays workout, so I hope my body has gotten used to working out now. Sore muscles after workout is bearable, but uncomfortable in the long run.

From now on I will start using this blog as my personal blog too. Maybe it will be a bit more interesting to read. I realize that this might be a really boring page to read with just listings of meals. I will keep the foods and exercise on the top of the entries, but the days I have something else on my heart, I will write it below the normal stuff.

Charlotte is giving me a hard time these days, or rather nights. Seems like she has started getting bad dreams. She wakes up every hour and needs her passifier and a finger to hold for some seconds and then she goes back to sleep. She has an occasional night without these dreams, but not enough to let daddy get enough rest. She sleeps well during the day, but I am not able to sleep in the daytime, so it doesn’t help me much. But this is my job :). If I get sleep deprevated it doesn’t affect anything. That’s just how it is to be a parent, I guess. It is just impossible to get frustrated and irritated at something as beautiful as this:

Charlotte just bathed

I am looking forward to this afternoon. We are starting a baby swimming class. I hope charlotte likes bathing. The rest of the family does, so it would be a bummer for her to sit on the beach and just watch us have fun in the water.

Another tuesday, another workout

Have been a little sick the last week, so I haven’t been working out. But today I was back in the gym again and it felt good.

But I have a problem these days. I do not feel like eating varied foods. As you have seen I eat a lot of cheese and bellpeppers. It’s the only things I feel like eating. Nothing else is tempting. Nothing healthy anyways. But I have bought some snack-carrots now and will eat these when I want to snack.

Breakfast: 3 slices whole grain bread with cheese and red-bellpepper.

Lunch: 2 slices with the same as breakfast.

Dinner: same as lunch.

post-workout food: 2 rollerburgers and 2 of the same as dinner.
