December 3 food log
Breakfast: 2 slices of whole grain bread with shrimps in mayo.
Lunch: 200 grams of strawberries.
Dinner: 1 wheat bread baguette with chicken, lettuce and tomato
Supper: 1 wheat bread baguette with tuna, lettuce and tomato.

My mother-in-law has been here to help us with curtains and stuff today. I made rice porridge with a nut in it (was out of almonds). It’s a norwegian christmas tradition where the one who gets the nut/almond gets honor and a prize. My mother-in-law got the nut at the beginning of her first plate. She hid it in her mouth. When I was well into my third bowl, she burst out in laughter. She is so mean. ![]()

Breakfast 0730: 2 slices of wheat bread with scrambled eggs.
Lunch 1200: 1 thin crust italian veggie pizza.
Dinner 1800: 3 bowls of rice porridge. ![]()
Supper 2115: 2 slices of wheat bread with turkey sausage.
Very nice weather outside today. Should spend parts of it outdoors before dark, but I have a bad cold these days. Bad excuse, but I sneeze and cough all the time.
But on to todays menu:
Breakfast 1030: 1 bowl of oat cereal with skimmed milk.
Lunch 1300: 2 slices of bread with scrambled eggs, lettuce and turkey slice and 1 slice with sandwich creme and lettuce.
Dinner 1815: 3 slices of whole grain bread with shrimps and mayo.
Supper 2045: 4 slices of pizza.
