Nice day today. Due to a little baby that sleeps at strange times, meals are eaten at strange times too nowadays.
Breakfast 1345: 2 slices of whole grain bread with ruccola and turkey slices. 2 clementines.
Going to open a 250 grams bag of baby carrots too and will probably eat this throughout the day.
Forgot to post my weight: 147.4. Down 1 kilo and just passed the 10 Kg barrier.
The next 10 shall whoosh off. 
Dinner 1730: Macaroni-pudding with 2 medium size potatoes and boiled veggies (2 big carrots and 1/2 head of broccoli)
Got quite a bit of work,out today too. Gone for two walks, one 30 minute walk and one 70 minute walk. In addition I have spent 30 minutes on the bike. Feels good to be active again. My body hurt, but I feel good anyways. I like this.
