Rain pouring down!

Breakfast 0715: 1 bowl of havrefras (oat cereal) with skimmed milk.

Lunch 1015: 2 slices of bread with lettuce, white cheese and clementine boats. 2 clementines.

Snack 1230: 2 slices of whitebread with chicken burger.

Snack 1600: 1 dry roll and 24 grams of milk chocolate.

Dinner 1900: 1 grilled cheese whole grain sandwich with tomato sauce and red bell-pepper.

Breakfast 0815: 1 slice of whole grain bread with turkey slice.

Lunch 1115: 1 bowl of “havrefras” (unsugared oat cereal) with skimmed milk.

Afternoon meal 1430: 2 slices of wheat bread with lettuce and roasted filet of coalfish.

Dinner 1900: home made hot chicken burgers with a scoop of rice and half the plate with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. The best dinner inn weeks.

It is too hard to enter everything I drink, so I am not going to log drinks anymore. But I only drink calorie-free beverages, so it shouldn’t matter.

Supper: 1 slice of white bread with sandwich creme. Also ate about 60 grams of marcipan today.

Tired and sick of things

Breakfast 0715: 1 slice of whole grain bread with lettuce, turkey slice and grenn bell-pepper and one slice with chicken pate and green bell-pepper.

Lunch 1200: 2 dry rolls.

Whatever 1330: 2 pizza buns.

Dinner 1630: 3 thin slices of whole grain bread with sausage, scrambled eggs and lettuce.

2 cookies and 0.3l pepsi max.

3 slices of white bread and crushed strawberries.

A fresh start!

Nice day today. Due to a little baby that sleeps at strange times, meals are eaten at strange times too nowadays.

Breakfast 1345: 2 slices of whole grain bread with ruccola and turkey slices. 2 clementines.

Going to open a 250 grams bag of baby carrots too and will probably eat this throughout the day.

Forgot to post my weight: 147.4. Down 1 kilo and just passed the 10 Kg barrier. :) The next 10 shall whoosh off. :)
Dinner 1730: Macaroni-pudding with 2 medium size potatoes and boiled veggies (2 big carrots and 1/2 head of broccoli)

Got quite a bit of work,out today too. Gone for two walks, one 30 minute walk and one 70 minute walk. In addition I have spent 30 minutes on the bike. Feels good to be active again. My body hurt, but I feel good anyways. I like this. :)

Time to crank it up a notch!

It’s time to stop slacking. I have given Sven a big enough head start now. My goal for November is to pass Sven with good margin. I predict that by December 1, I will be in the lead by at least 2 kilos.

I started today with working out a lot. Didn’t eat to good, but mad up for it with a lot of exercise. Tomorrow I will eat better.

Todays workout:

45 minutes on the ergometer cycle (the kind of bicycle that stands still) with a high heart rate and an extreme amount of heavy breathing.

50 situps. Have to start building the sixpack under all that blubber. :)
About 1 hour of fast walking with the dog and a 25 minute stroll with the family.

My goal is to get those 45 minutes on the bike and at least 45 minutes of walking every day. In addition I will start drinking heavy loads of water to boost the metabolism.
