Tired

Breakfast 0730: 1 bowl of oat cereal with skimmed milk.

Lunch 1045: 2 slices of bread with turkey slices and lettuce.

Afternoon meal 1430: 2 turkey burgers in ciabattas with lettuce.

1 small milk shake at McDonalds
1 brownie

Supper 2015: a 330 grams italian pizza (thin crust, little cheese) with ham and salami.

Scale day!

The scale showed 146.7 kilos. That is 0.9 kilos down. Almost 1 kg down. Not bad, considering everything.

I am really struggling these days. I think I have a virus or something. Every muscle and bone in my body aches and that makes it hard to exercise. But I will keep blogging hoping that I get in better shape soon. Will also pay the doctor a visit. Have to find out what’s wrong with me.

Breakfast 0730: Oat cereal with skimmed milk and a glass of chocolate milk. 1 piece of chocolate cake.

Lunch 1145: 2 slices of wheat bread with scrambled eggs.

Dinner 1500: 2 chicken breast filets with lettuce.

Supper 1930: Spaghetti with tomatosauce and 1 whole grain baguette.

I may have ruined things today!

Today we arranged a surprise party for Maiken when she came home from her father. We had loads of snacks and of course cake. But I see Sven has busted his calorie-quota too, so I hope it won’t mean to much. A birthday party is a birthday party. I do not eat carrots in a birthday party. :)
Breakfast 1000: 2 slices of wheat bread with salmon pate.

Lunch: chocolate cake, snacks and ice cream. But I think I managed to stay way below my normal birthday party intake. :)

Afternoon meal 1700: 1 slice bread with salmon pate and 1 slice with turkey slice.

Supper 2030: To top of a “perfect” day we ordered pizza tonight. We were all exhausted, so none of us had the energy to cook.

The scale has suddenly become my friend again. :) Feels good.

Breakfast 1300: Pizza baguette and a bun.

Lunch 1700: 2 fish burgers.

Dinner 1930: 2 home made hamburgers without dressing.

Have also had some candy today.

High level of activity!

Today has been an exhausting day. I have been to Oslo in a meeting and had to bring Charlotte. We have no car, so I take the train when I go to Oslo. Walked a lot in Oslo. I left at 9am and returned home at 3pm just to go out again at 5 pm to follow Maiken to the train. Hasn’t much time on my rear end today. You can call that exercise, cant you. :) And since Charlotte demanded all my attention, I didn’t have time to eat during a loooong period of the day.

Breakfast 0745: 2 slices of oat bread with cheese.

Lunch 1530: 3 slices of oat bread with cheese. Ok, so I’m hooked on cheese these days. Its a financial thing. I have to eat whats in the fridge ant thats not much these days.

Also had a 60 gram milk chocolate bar.

Dinner/supper 2000: 4 turkey hotdogs.

Have also eaten a lot of clementines today. Lost the count.

Another ordinary day

Breakfast 0730: 2 slices of oat bread with cheese.

Lunch 1200: 2 slices of oat bread with boiled eggs.

Afternoon meal 1400: 1 hotdog and a marcipan strawberry.

Dinner 1800: Hazelnut steak with boiled potatoes, raw baby carrots and cucumber sticks.

Supper 2130: 2 slices of bread with cheese.

The scale seems to be my friend again

This morning the scale actually showed less than yesterday. Strange feeling. :) I hope the scale will keep this up. :)
Breakfast 0900: 1 bowl of oat cereal (havrefras) with skimmed milk.

Lunch 1130: 1 slice of bread with chicken pate and 1 with cheese.

Dinner 1600: 4 turkey hotdogs with cucumber and carrot snacks on the side. These hotdogs are actually very diet-friendly with only 10% fat. And they are very tasty too. :)

Supper 2000: 250 grams of strawberries without sugar.

Weighing in all over!

My weight went up from last monday, but in reality it has gone down in a way. I have wheighed 1-2 kilos more than last monday all week, but it crawled down to 147.6 again this morning. I want to get off this platau soon. Its hard to struggle without any positive results.

Well.. on to todays menu:

Breakfast 1030: 2 slices of wheat bread with turkey steaklet, lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Delish.

Lunch 1400: 1 cinnamon bun with eggcream.

Dinner 1730: 2 slices of wheat bread with chicken pate.

Supper 2000: 1 big bowl of spaghetti with soy sauce.

Painful, painful

Tomorrows weight has probably gone up. I have been on the scale a couple of times and it has been over both times. I wish I could step of this plateau soon. I feel I’m doing a lot right these days, but the scale just stays put.

The workout has suffered since my wife has been sick this week. I haven’t gotten the time to take the long, good walks with the dog. She will probably be sick the next days also. I don’t know how to get exercise, but carrying the baby around in the harness is probably calorie-burning action. She has finally grown into the harness.. I will try to have her on my stomach under the jacket while walking the dog.

Well.. enough whining. Over to todays menu:

Breakfast 0945: 2 slices of oat bread with chicken pate.

Lunch 1230: 2 slices of white bread with turkey slices.

Dinner 1600: 3 pizza buns and 3 slices of white bread with turkey slices.

Supper 1930: 150 grams of crushed strawberries.

Friday, thank god

Breakfast 0730: one bowl of havrefras with skimmed milk.

Lunch 1130: 2 slices of dry whole grain bread.

Dinner 1430: 2 bowls of home made Cauliflower soup. Extremely tasty and very, very healthy. Had a little whole grain bread.

Supper 2045: One grilled cheese sandwich with tomato sauce. 0.33l non-alcohol christmas beer.
