A very hot night!

Spent the day in Oslo. I do not remember the times, but here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: 3 slices of bread with turkey slice. 2 clementines.

Lunch: 2 hotdogs

Dinner: 1 whole grain baguette with omelette, lettuce and tomato.

Supper: 1/2 extremely hot pizza. My mouth is burning. But it feels good to get everything cleared up. :)

Going down again!

Forgot to blog yesterday. The menu is shortly: 4 slices of bread with cheese, 2 slices of white bread with cheese and one 225 grams thin crust pizza.

Weighed in today at 146.9 kilos. Very good. Very happy. I havent been any good at tawlcing lately, so it is good to see that the weight is on its way down again.

Breakfast 1230: 1whole grain baguette with tuna, lettuce and tomato.

Lunch 1400: Had 2 donuts and 1 bun in a moment of weakness. Got to get rid of those moments.

Dinner 2000: Spaghetti with home made tomato sauce and chicken meat.

Fishy!

Breakfast 1000: 2 slices of bread with cheese and turkey and 2 scoops of ice cream.

Lunch 1200: 4 clementines and some grapes.

Dinner 1500: filet of salmon with boiled potatoes and shredded carrots.

Forgot to check the clock, but had 4 slices of bread with turkey slices and some candy tonight.

Happy thanksgiving. *evil grin*

Here in Norway we do not celebrate Thanksgiving. Therefore it is no tempting foods to eat. :) Just the normal diet to consider. :)

Breakfast 1000: 2 slices of whole grain bread with cheese and turkey sausage.

Snack 1200: 1 napoleon cake (oops)

Dinner 1715: 2 slices of bread with cheese and turkey. 4 buns.

Supper 2130: lo-fat turkey meatloaf with mashed potatoes.

Breakfast 0745: 3 slices of wheat bread with turkey slices, lettuce and red bell-pepper.

Lunch 1130: 1 scrambled egg baguette with lettuce, turkey, cheese and cucumber.

Dinner: 1 baguette with cheese and 2 slices white bread with cheese and turkey slices.

Quite happy with yesterday. In addition to a good menu I walked several kilometers as a part of the daily duties. Very good. :)
On to todays menu:

Breakfast 0730: 1 big bowl of havrefras (oat cereal) with skimmed milk and a sliced banana.

Lunch 1130: 3 slices of white bread with turkey slices.

Dinner 1500: 2 slices of kneip-bread with turkey meatloaf, lettuce and cucumber.

Supper 2030: 3 slices of white bread with turkey slices

As expected

I’ve had some days off now and that shows on the scale. It stopped at 148.3 today. That is up 1.6 kg. Bad, but not the worst. Some days away from tawlcing has done me good. Guess I will be back down next week.

Todays menu:

Breakfast 1145: 1 chicken sandwich with tomato and lettuce.

Lunch 1430: 2 slices of bread with lettuce, turkey slices and cucumber. 1 clementine.

Dinner 1745: 2 burger buns with lettuce, turkey slices and cheese.

Supper 2045: 1 dry fried chicken breast with 1 scoop of yasmin rice.

Crazy week!

This has been a totally crazy week. I’ve had an extreme activity level compared to earlier. I feel I haven’t been able to sit down and relax at all. Sunday is reserved to the recliner.

Taking a break

I have an extreme amount of things in my head these days. I have decided to take a brake from logging everything I eat. I need to get some things off my mind to fix the mental chaos.

I will try to blog every day, but will not keep a log as detailed as usual. From monday on I will be back at a detailed level again.

Snow

We have gotten the winters first snow today. It’s about 15 cm snow on the ground now. Quite fun. :) Especially to see the dog having fun in the snow. He loves the snow and acts as a snow plow.

Breakfast 0730: 1 bowl of oat cereal. 0.5l water.

Lunch 1045: 2 slices of bread with turkey steaklet and turkey meatloaf.

Dinner 1515: 1 hotdog (of the unhealthy kind).

Afternoon meal 1730: 3 omega-3 whole grain rolls.

Supper 2130: 3 turkey hotdogs (the healthy kind :).
