Bad start!

Breakfast 0800: 3 buns and 0.3l pepsi max.

Lunch 1100: 2 slices of wheat bread with turkey slices, red lollo lettuce and cucumber. 0.5l water.

Afternoon meal 1330: Cheese and crackers. Am at my parents house and mom is celebrating her birthday.

Dinner 1715: 2 tabasco-burger. Burgers of 100% beef with lettuce, green bell-pepper, tomatoes and cheese. 0.5l pepsi max to drink.

Supper 2100: 250 grams of unsugared strawberries.

Back on track

I am starting feeling good about tawlc-ing again. It has been very hard doing the tawlc-thing actually since the operation in my arm. It has been a hard month. But tawlc.net is what has kept me from completely gorging. If it hadn’t been for tawlc.net I would have gained weight these weeks.

Breakfast 0730: 2 slices of dark rye bread. 1 with salami and 1 with turkey slice. Both with red lollo lettuce, cucumber and green bell-pepper. 0.5l water to drink.

Lunch 1200: 2 pizza buns and 250 grams of frozen, crushed strawberries.

1630: 2 buns with raisins.

2015: 1 hotdog, 2 cheese-brix and 2 buns. 0.5l diet coke

Breakfast 0730: 1 slice of wheat bread with turkey, 1 with chicken pate and 1 with sandwich creme. All of them with lettuce and cucumber. 0.5l pepsi max.

Lunch 1315: 5 “skorpar” (small dried pieces of whole grain bread) with salami on 2 and turkey slices on 3. All of them had lettuce and cucumber on. 0.5l water.

Dinner 1645: 2 slices of dark rye bread with turkey slices. 0.5l water.

Supper 2000: 1 bowl of spaghetti with carbonara sauce. 0.7l water.

I know pasta is not too good combined with low activity, but I plan to walk for an hour and a half with the dog as soon as I post this message.

And there I was home again. Walk a route which normally took 90 minutes. Shortened this to 70 minutes today. Feels good to have a real workout in the body again. I think I am back on the right track now.

Weighing in again

I am extremely pleased with the result today. This has been a very bad week tawlc-wise, but still I have lost 1.1 kilo. Weighed in at 148.4 kilos today. This feels like a great inspiration to get back on track again. Starting this from this very second. :) Sven: I’m back, its time to start shaking again. :D

Breakfast 1000: 3 slices of bread with fish burgers. 0.5l water.

1145: 250 grams of crushed strawberries without sugar.

Dinner 1630: 2 slices of wheat bread with chicken pate. 0.5l water.

Supper 2000: 3 pizza buns and 0.6l pepsi max.

Screaming fun!

Little Charlotte has started screaming almost continously now. She sleeps for 30 minutes at the time and screams for 2 hours. It is wearing me out and it is impossible to keep a good diet. But at least I eat.

Breakfast 1030: 1 slice of whole grain bread with 2 boiled eggs and 3 fried turkey dogs. 0.5l water to drink.

1400: 1 apple and 3 buns.

1700: 1 fistful of potato chips. 0.3l water.

Dinner/Supper 2000: 2 Home made hamburgers with lettuce, green bell-pepper, cucumber, tomato and cheese. 0.3l pepsi max.

It’s hard drinking enough these days. I try, but its hard.

Late start again!

Breakfast 1115: 1 whole grain baguette with ham, cheese, lettuce, cucumber and tomato. 0.5l ice water and a cup of coffee to drink.

Went to get my contact lenses today. Have been using glasses for a few years, but I have gotten tired of the glasses slipping down the nose when I sweat, the grease on them when I cook and the constant washing and wiping of them. A source of great frustration is hopefully gone now.

afternoon meal 1500: 2 pizza buns and 0.5l water.

1700: 100 grams of cheez doodles.

2000: 1 gigantic, red, extremely good apple. Glad I bought more of these.

During the last three days I have also had 3/4 bag of “Bamsemums”, a kind of chocolate covered foam bears.

Feeling a bit better!

Got to sleep a bit more yesterday. Wifey got the stitches out of her stomach and her migraine went away, so I got to relax a bit to charge my batteries.

Breakfast 0730: 2 slices of wheat bread with lettuce and fried turkey sausage. 0.6l water and 1 cup of coffee.

Lunch 1044: 2 slices of wheat bread with chicken pate. 0.3l pepsi max.

Have forgotten what I have eaten up to supper. I know I hade some ice cream, but don’t remember anything else.

Supper 2030: 4 slices home made pizza. 0.5l pepsi max.

Tired!

I am getting worn out. I am not able to get enought sleep and get more and more exhausted every day. Hope to get a whole nights sleep soon. Fell asleep at 2am and got up at 0630. This is the longest I have slept in nearly two weeks.

It’s hard to get the diet right too, but at least I got to eat breakfast at a normal time today:

Breakfast 0715: 1 slice of wheat bread with chicken pate, lettuce, tomato and cucumber and 1 slice with pepper turkey with lettuce, tomateo and cucumber. 0.5l diet coke.

lunch 1315: 2 slices of wheat bread with fried eggs. 0.5l water.

Dinner 1500: 1 medium chicken premiere menu at McDonalds with diet coke to drink.

Supper 2100: 3 turkey hotdogs. 0.8l water to drink.

another day, another log!

Breakfast 1130: 2 boiled eggs, 4 whole grain rolls, lettuce and tomato. 0.3l water and a glass of pepsi max.

Dinner 1715: meat-cakes with potatoes, broccoli and baby carrots. 0.4l water to drink.

2100: 1 snickers bar and a fistful of cashews. 0.3l pepsi max.

This has been an extremely bad day in all aspects possible. I have been feeling depressed all day and that shows on the diet. It’s probably all due to lack of sleep. Woke up at 4am and couldn’t sleep again. So I have been up since then. When the house woke up an action-packed day made me unable to lie down today. I hope Wifey feels better from her migraine now, so that she can deal with the baby so that I can sleep.

Managed to take a 30 minute walk with the dog last night too. so yesterday the dog was happy. :)
Breakfast 0830: 2 slices of wheat bread and 1 slice of white bread with lettuce and fish pudding on. 0.5l water.

Lunch 1215: Went to the mall and had a whole grain baguette with omelet, lettuce, ham and cucumber. 0.5l diet coke and a cup of coffee to drink.

I brought the baby to the mall an decided to walk home. It’s a 3 km walk. It is GOOD exercise walking up hill with a stroller filled with baby and heavy groceries. This will be a frequent activity. :)
Dinner 1800: dry fried low fat turkey sausage with rice. 0.5l pepsi max.

Supper 2030: 1/2 honey melon.

0515: woke up starving. Had one slice of wheat bread with chicken pate and 0.2 l pepsi max.
