Trick or treat!

Breakfast 1300: 2 slices of wheat bread with fried eggs and cheese. 3 clementines.

“Lunch” 1730: 2 chocolate bars. Bad!

Dinner 1845: 1 Big Tasty burger without chips and 100 grams of baby carrots.

Has also eaten quite some cashews today.

Longing for sleep!

Charlotte refuses to sleep these days. And therefore we don’t get to sleep either. I am so very, very tired now.

Breakfast 1115: 3 salami sandwiches with ruccola and cucumber.

I forgot that I have made saturday log-free. So the breakfast is everything you get for today. :)

Breakfast 0730: 1 slice whole grain bread with salami, lettuce and cucumber and 2 slices with cheese, lettuce and clementine boats.

Lunch 1215: 3 slices of whole grain bread. 1 with salami nd 2 with cheese.

1430: 1 small piece of chocolate cake. Went to the retirement party for a colleague at my old job.

1800: 1 rollerburger with salsa and lettuce. 0.5l diet coke

Supper 2130: 6 slices of home made, thin crust pizza with hot chicken, red and green bell-peppers and mozarella cheese.

Discouraged

It seems I just can’t loose weight these days. I think I eat ok, but the scale stays put at the same weight. I also exercise quite a bit. I walk at least an hour each day. Well, I think I will keep trying. I need help from my readers. If you have any tips or some other kind of help for me, please register and post in the forum. I need help now.

Breakfast 0730: 1 whole grain baguette with turkey slices, ruccola, cheese and cucumber.

Lunch 1245: 2 large carrots chopped in sticks and boiled with 1 smal head of broccoli + 200 grams of fried codfish filet (250 kcals). 0.6l water.

Dinner 1830: 2 pizza buns and 1 hotdog.

Breakfast 0715: 2 slices multi fiber bread. 1 with salami and 1 with sausage. Both with ruccola, cucumber and tomato. 0.5l coffee milk.

Lunch 1300: same as yesterday. That pizza thing with 0.5l pepsi max.

1645: 150 grams strawberries.

2200: 5 buns.

Feeling confident!

Things are looking up now. Starting to get baby-routines in place and that will hopefully make it easier to get eating-routines back in place.

Breakfast 0815: 2 slices of multi-fiber bread with lots of ruccola, tomato and cucumber topped with thin slices of salami. 0.5l pepsi max to drink.

Lunch 1330: 2 pieces of pizza with whole grain crust, mozarella, red bell-pepper and onion. 0.3l pepsi max and 0.5l water.

Dinner 1830: salami sandwich of whole grain bread with lettuce, cucumber and tomato. 0.8l water.

Snack: 3 cookies, 1 turkey dog and 0.3l water.

Stay put!

I was afraid of the scale today. Everything I have done this week has convinced me that the weight would go up. But luckily it just stayed where it was. I weighed 148.4 this morning too.

I have to drink more and preferrably water. It is hard to get enough to drink. I will try to pour in loads of water the next weeks and hope this will get me back on track again.

Breakfast 1100: 2 slices of whole grain bread with lettuce, turkey slices and one sliced tomato. Very fresh and good. Drank 0.8l water.

Lunch 1530: 1 white bread roll with mushrooms and red bell-pepper and 1 whole grain roll with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, cheese and ham. 0.6l water to drink.

Dinner 1900: 4 turkey hotdogs with whole grain bread, ruccola and raw, chopped onions.

Took an hours walk with the dog today. It is no longer fun to walk. At least not in this weather. 5 degrees celsius (41 degrees Fahrenheit), heavy wind and horisontal, ice cold rain. But it feels good when it’s over.

2200: Bought a new kind of artificial sweetener today and made crushed strawberries, but it tasted horrible, so I tossed it and had 2 clementines instead. Bummer. But clementines are good too.

Starting all over again….

Felt good with a day off yesterday. Didn’t eat very much, but ate quite unhealthy. But I managed to squeeze in 70 minutes of walking, so the day wasn’t a total disaster.

Brunch 1230: Didn’t eat any bread for todays first meal. Quite happy about that. Got an email asking me to eat more vegetables too, so I took the challenge and made a wok with carrots, one whole onion, broccoli, various bell-peppers and some turkey-sausage. To spice things up a bit I added some drops of tabasco and soy sauce.

Happy about the lunch, but I find it very hard to drink water these days, so I had 0.5l of pepsi max. Not good, but its calorie-free, so it’s not very bad either. Better than drinking nothing.

Afternoon meal 1700: Crushed strawberries. Didn’t have enough nutrasweet, so I supplemented with a bit sugar.

Supper 1900: 3 slices of bread with loads of ruccola, turkey slices, cucumber and tomatoes. 0.8l water to drink.

I need a day off from tawlc-ing now. Todays diet will remain a secret.

Thunderstorms again!

I’ve had downtime on the servers tonight. Suddenly woke up to thunder rolling for at least one minute. So I had to get up and unplug the servers to prevent dataloss.

Breakfast 0815: 2 slices of white bread with turkey slices. 0.5l pepsi max (yes, I know, but its calorie free).

Lunch 1100: 200 grams “pytt i panne” and one fish cake. 0.5l pepsi max.

Afternoon meal 1400: 2 slices of wheat bread with salami and cucumber. 0.5l water.

Dinner 1900: Tomato soup with macaroni and boiled eggs and some whole grain crisp-bread. 0.3l pepsi max.

Has also been snacking a bit today. Some french fries and chocolate.
