The scale seems to be my friend again

This morning the scale actually showed less than yesterday. Strange feeling. :) I hope the scale will keep this up. :)
Breakfast 0900: 1 bowl of oat cereal (havrefras) with skimmed milk.

Lunch 1130: 1 slice of bread with chicken pate and 1 with cheese.

Dinner 1600: 4 turkey hotdogs with cucumber and carrot snacks on the side. These hotdogs are actually very diet-friendly with only 10% fat. And they are very tasty too. :)

Supper 2000: 250 grams of strawberries without sugar.
