Stay put!
I was afraid of the scale today. Everything I have done this week has convinced me that the weight would go up. But luckily it just stayed where it was. I weighed 148.4 this morning too.
I have to drink more and preferrably water. It is hard to get enough to drink. I will try to pour in loads of water the next weeks and hope this will get me back on track again.
Breakfast 1100: 2 slices of whole grain bread with lettuce, turkey slices and one sliced tomato. Very fresh and good. Drank 0.8l water.
Lunch 1530: 1 white bread roll with mushrooms and red bell-pepper and 1 whole grain roll with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, cheese and ham. 0.6l water to drink.
Dinner 1900: 4 turkey hotdogs with whole grain bread, ruccola and raw, chopped onions.
Took an hours walk with the dog today. It is no longer fun to walk. At least not in this weather. 5 degrees celsius (41 degrees Fahrenheit), heavy wind and horisontal, ice cold rain. But it feels good when it’s over.
2200: Bought a new kind of artificial sweetener today and made crushed strawberries, but it tasted horrible, so I tossed it and had 2 clementines instead. Bummer. But clementines are good too.
