Has been for a walk in the forest with my stepdaughter and the dog today. My feet hurt. It is very noticable that i haven’t been excercising the last 7-8 months. Hope this get better quickly. Fortunately my doctor think it is better that I exercise than not, so he has prescribed painkillers for me. A stronger version of ibuprofen.

We ended up at Maikens school where we found a soccer ball and played soccer for almost half an hour. The dog loved it, but I think he ruined the ball. Oooops! But I pay tax, so I don’t feel too bad about it.

When the dog was so tired that he didn’t bother to run after the ball anymore we went home. It all took a couple of hours. It is starting too feel good to be physically active again. This should scare you, Sven. Be very, very afraid.
