Breakfast 0730: 1 slice of wheat bread with turkey, 1 with chicken pate and 1 with sandwich creme. All of them with lettuce and cucumber. 0.5l pepsi max.
Lunch 1315: 5 “skorpar” (small dried pieces of whole grain bread) with salami on 2 and turkey slices on 3. All of them had lettuce and cucumber on. 0.5l water.
Dinner 1645: 2 slices of dark rye bread with turkey slices. 0.5l water.
Supper 2000: 1 bowl of spaghetti with carbonara sauce. 0.7l water.
I know pasta is not too good combined with low activity, but I plan to walk for an hour and a half with the dog as soon as I post this message.
And there I was home again. Walk a route which normally took 90 minutes. Shortened this to 70 minutes today. Feels good to have a real workout in the body again. I think I am back on the right track now.
