Weighing in again
I am extremely pleased with the result today. This has been a very bad week tawlc-wise, but still I have lost 1.1 kilo. Weighed in at 148.4 kilos today. This feels like a great inspiration to get back on track again. Starting this from this very second.
Sven: I’m back, its time to start shaking again.
Breakfast 1000: 3 slices of bread with fish burgers. 0.5l water.
1145: 250 grams of crushed strawberries without sugar.
Dinner 1630: 2 slices of wheat bread with chicken pate. 0.5l water.
Supper 2000: 3 pizza buns and 0.6l pepsi max.
