Going to have a slow day!
I’m worn out from yesterday. I think I will just relax and read all day.
Breakfast 0730: 2 slices of wheat bread with lettuce and boiled egg and 1 slice with cottage cheese and diabetes jam. 0.3l apple juice (100%) and 0.3l water.
Snack 1015: 5 delicous plums. Went to the market to buy vegetables directly from the farmer. He had some irresistable plums I just had to buy. Bought 15 of them, so I have enough for 3 snack meals.
Lunch 1230: 2 slices of rye bread with lettuce, smoked turkey and tomato. 0.4l water.
Dinner 1545: 5 slices of home made taco pizza. Made pizza with thinner crust, low fat cheese (15%) and lots of vegetables. You cand find the recipe here. The pizza looks like this:

Had 0.5l of pepsi max to drink.
snack 1915: 3 plums.
Todays last thoughts: This indeed became a slow and bad day tawlc-wise. But it has been a good day anyways. I have relaxed and charged batteries. I had a 0.5l bottle of coca cola in the fridge and has been drinking this in small potions through the day. In addition to the pizza for dinner I also snacked on two bites of a slice and gave the rest of the slice to the dog. Not a bad slip, but it has been the worst tawlc-day so far. Don’t plan to have a lot of theese, but it feels good every now and then. Must be careful not to get too rigid.
Haven’t exercised anything today either. Has been out for a few errands, but took the bus to get to these.
