1000: 1 carrot
1230: 1 flat pounded, dry fried, garlic marinated chicken breast with a relish of cucumber, tomato, onion, balsamico, rasp oil, salt and pepper.
1530: 2 meatcakes in no-fat gravy with 2 medium sized potatoes and boiled broccoli and carrots..
1700: Gym. Got a new program monday. Guess I will be sore tomorrow.
but thats ok since it is from working out. They made me a program that focus on upper body since the rest will get worked on during all the walking I intend to do.
1830: 1 new energy bar and an apple after working out.
2030: same as lunch
