0845: 2 roffe specials (see recipe forum), 1 apple and a carrot.
1200: Ad wok
fried 2 sliced low fat sausages with 1 thin sliced carrot, 1/2 red bell-pepper, 1/2 onion, and 1/2 a can of mini-mais in a tablespoon of raps oil and 1 of soy sauce. Had 2 rice cakes on the side.
1700-2000: 3 pizza slices, 1 hotdog and 2 squares of chocolate cake. Cafe night at my step daughters school. Not very healthy selection there. ![]()
2130: 2 bananas as post workout food.
I’m a bit proud today. I was needed at home this afternoon, so I decided to skip workout today. But since the cafe was finished at eight I hurried to the bus and got an hour at the gym before it closed. Very happy about not skipping the gym even though it was a short session.
