Weighing in. Things are slow these days!
It seems I just cant lose any weight these days. Weighed in at 149,3 today. That is down, but way too little, I think.
Well:
Breakfast: 1 slice of bread with cheese.
Lunch: Unsugared oat cereal with canderel.
Munchies: 45 grams of low-fat (9%) sausage. 695 calories in one meal. Bad. Have to either exercise or watch my food intake the rest of the day.
Dinner: 1 bowl of cauliflower soup and 100 grams baby carrots.
Supper: Chicken Curry with rice and 2 low-fat sausages.

Feel louse these days. Not in my body, but in my mind. I guess it is becaus of the lack of sleep. Charlotte keeps me from getting my beauty sleep. It’s tiring. She is sleeping right now, so I should probably too, but I don’t want to now. *sigh* I guess I will let wifey take the maternity leave for the next kid we get. It is hard being a parent. My admiration for the mothers that silently have been raising children earlier generation is enormous. How did they manage several years of this?

If you feel depressed, try some nuts or some dark chocolate (70%). Just a few. Fat is essensial to produce enough of the “mood hormones” - just read almost any random women’s magazine - and dark chocolate has some of the same effect.
Another thing is that you aren’t actually eating MUCH. Not knowing how big your oat cereal portion was it’s hard to count kcals here, but lets pretend the bread with cheese was 150 kcal, the oat cereal 300 kcal (50g + 2dl milk) and the soup with carrots 150 kcal - then you are HARDLY reaching the minimum amount of energy a *60* kg medium active girl should have when dietting! With your weight you probably need between 2500 and 3000 kcal *before* you are doing any physical activities, and then living on 1200 kcal is simply starvation.
I know you know this (at least I thought you knew it), so why don’t you do it?
(I hope I don’t sound too harsh here, it’s not my intention. I am just sorry to see you struggle with your weight loss with almost starving yourself̷

My problem these days is that theres nothing I want to eat. The only thing that comes close to tasting good is bread with cheese.
I know the theory very well, but I am having a hard time practicing it.
