					<description>Guess I have told you so before, but in my opinion you should eat far more vegetables and (a bit more) fruit. Not only because it may make it easier to keep on track and not eat lots of snacks, but most of all because it's healthy and has a lot of fiber, which is good for your body and prevents cancer and other bad things.

Another tip: add a tea spoon or so with cinnamon (kanel) to what you eat every day. It stabilizes blood sugar and personally I think it's really efficient against sugar cravings. Which is probably related.
