Breakfast: 2 slices of wheat bread with lettuce, cheese, turkey, cucumber and red bell-pepper.
Lunch: 1 chicken burger after the workout. Got very tired today. Very good. Very, very good. I am so happy to finally have joined a gym and getting a regularity in the training.
Dinner: 4 big turkey nuggets with mini garlic baguettes.
Have also eaten some candy this weekend.
