Back to the routine!
Kept the routine nicely yesterday resulting in loosing 1 kg in 24 hours.
Nice! I feel I’m back on track now and will increase the weightloss rate at the gym. We are having the first normal exercise today. Looking forward to it.
Breakfast 0830: 2 slices of lo-carb, hi-fiber bread with cheese, cucumber and red bell-pepper.
Lunch 1200: ham & cheese-salad with one white and one wheat roll.
Worked out for 90 minutes. Very hard, very good, doing it again on sunday.
Snack: 1 small mars bar and a hot dog. Needed energy to keep the metabolism up after the workout.
Dinner 1900: 180 grams steak with assorted veggetables and potato boats.
Supper 2200: 2 slices of bread with cheese.
