Here in Norway we do not celebrate Thanksgiving. Therefore it is no tempting foods to eat.
Just the normal diet to consider.
Breakfast 1000: 2 slices of whole grain bread with cheese and turkey sausage.
Snack 1200: 1 napoleon cake (oops)
Dinner 1715: 2 slices of bread with cheese and turkey. 4 buns.
Supper 2130: lo-fat turkey meatloaf with mashed potatoes.
