back on track.
Quite happy with yesterday. In addition to a good menu I walked several kilometers as a part of the daily duties. Very good. ![]()
On to todays menu:
Breakfast 0730: 1 big bowl of havrefras (oat cereal) with skimmed milk and a sliced banana.
Lunch 1130: 3 slices of white bread with turkey slices.
Dinner 1500: 2 slices of kneip-bread with turkey meatloaf, lettuce and cucumber.
Supper 2030: 3 slices of white bread with turkey slices
